This glossary includes the most important terms of the reading comprehension activity, corresponding to the fifth point of said activity. These terms become the key words and terms most used in the work developed.

Benchmarketing

it is a benchmark against which companies compare some of their areas.
Example: The pizzeria does not compete with my pharmacy and therefore I do not fall into a lack of ethics if I define indicators and metrics like a benchmarketing, to analyze in detail how they do it, see if I can add value to it and then implement it in my organization.

Business competitiveness is a term that is defined as the ability of a business to produce and sell products / services that meet the quality of the markets, at the same or lower prices, and maximizing the returns on the resources consumed to.

A customer is a person or entity that purchases the goods and services offered by a company.

It is the social science that studies how families, companies and governments organize the available resources that are usually scarce, to satisfy different needs and thus have a greater well-being.
Example: The economy of a country is strongly influenced by variables such as employment.
